Meet me at The Well

I don't know about you, but I have struggled throughout my life to find good, solid, uplifting friendships. I would always dream of having girls nights or having deep conversations with close friends or even getting together for a bible study, yet often I would find myself alone in my bedroom. Even today I find myself seeking solitude, which is totally okay, but at the same time we need community. Jesus built His following with a strong community of everyday people. Jesus actually wants us to have friends! He wants us to pursue relationship, so that we can band together for His sake. As cliche as it sounds, we are stronger together. It is much easier to handle our issues if we have someone in our corner. So if you are in need of a friend, let me be that for you. You don't have to do this life alone. There are people out there in this world who are ready to cheer you on, push you to pursue your dreams, and help you to be a better you.

Sister of the Month

Meet April’s sister of the month, Rissa! Rissa is an 18-year-old from a small town in Pennsylvania. She is a senior in high school, who is interested in studying psychology and biblical counseling. Rissa blogs at “Broken Mugs + Musings”. Her goal with the blog is to create a space that encourages people, makes them laugh, and most importantly point others to Christ. She says, “My message is that if you have a broken mug that seems useless, God can make it useful. He can use your brokenness and your flaws and all of your cracks to bring glory to Himself.”  Rissa desires to use her platform to meet others right where they’re at and help them strive towards Jesus daily.
